xtreme workouts

so, i have been working out to the extreme lately and wanted to remind myself 6 months from now when i look back and read this, what kind of workouts i am doing. so pardon the blog, but this one is more for me.

Day one
3 rounds cardio kick:
burpee w/ pushups-20reps
side lunge jumps-50reps
jump rope jacks-50reps
pull ups-5reps
hanging straight leg raises-10reps
ninja jump tucks-10reps
repeat 3 rounds!

weights: leg day
walking lunges-ss/4x  10pds/15reps
drop sits-ts/4x bodyweight/20reps
leg extensions-45pds/15reps
rest 60sec inbetween-repeat 4x
pump lunges-ss/4x bodyweight/10reps each leg
ham curls-ts/4x  35pds/15reps
jump lungs pop squat-3x bodyweight/10reps
each color represents the block combination. all in the same color are done in a round, then rest between sets.

done! this was so hard. i wanted to throw up in the middle of the cardio session alone. it took me about 35min to complete the cardio part and another hr to complete the weight session.

food
meal 1- 4 egg whites/ww toast
meal 2- protien shake with 1/2 orange juice, 1/2 ice-water. taken right after workout to help muscle growth.
meal 3- 4oz chicken breast, ww toast
meal 4- 6oz. salmon, asperagus
meal 5- protien shake before bed

water intake was about 90oz of water!

Jamie, I need you to live by me and kick my butt in to gear, I am having the hardest time getting this baby weight off and I HATE it. You do look amazing!!!

trust me mom you will be able to huge me! i am NOT loosing weight! my weight has actually gone up. but i have added more muscle is all. i do love to workout and that is Your Husbands fault!! lol. Heather, be the example to your children. they need a healthy mom who can go and do....YOU CAN DO IT!
